Cut 1 medium round zucchini in half, remove the seeds, cut off the stems.
Simmer in salt water for 10 minutes, cool in cold water.
Use Montagé Fleur de Sel to salt your simmering water.
Peel and dice 3 carrots
Peel and dice 1/3 celery
Dice 1 large red bell pepper
Swirl all cubes in the pan with a little oil for 8 minutes (without the ham), allow to cool.
Dice 120 g smoked ham
Dice 300 g feta cheese
Chop ham and feta cheese with the diced vegetables, fresh oregano and marjoram
4 tablespoons of oatmeal
3 eggs size M

paprika powder
fresh garlic
Montagé Yuzu Citrus Fleur de Sel

Tip:
If there are leftovers form the oat filling, add even more oatmeal and fry small patties in virgin olive oil at a low temperature.
